How Long Do We Keep Your Data For?

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including:

• Enquiries: 24 months from last contact

• Marketing data: Deleted within 12 months of unsubscribing

• Some data submitted may relate to regulated services and will be retained per applicable regulatory requirements.

We securely delete or anonymise data when no longer needed.

Automated Decision-Making

HubSpot

When a client or contact completes a form on WBR Group’s website, HubSpot updates the individual’s lifecycle stage to “lead” on the individual contact record which is viewable by the distribution team. Forms submissions are directed to the relevant department or employee for review and follow-up, where appropriate.

The marketing team also review form submission data to understand engagement with WBR Group’s services and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

If You Wish to Complain

Under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, you have a statutory right to complain directly to WBR Group Limited as data controller if you believe we have failed to comply with the UK GDPR or the Data Protection Act 2018 in respect of your personal data.
