We are pleased to announce the acquisition of the SSAS administration business of Ascot Lloyd, for an undisclosed sum.
This strategic acquisition is another key milestone in WBR’s ongoing growth and commitment to help business owners create stability, flexibility and long-term control.
As part of the agreement, two highly skilled and experienced staff members from Ascot Lloyd will transfer to WBR under TUPE regulations, ensuring a seamless transition for clients. Furthermore, WBR will provide technical support to Ascot Lloyd, enhancing the breadth and depth of technical SSAS expertise available to advisers, support teams and their clients.
The acquisition forms part of WBR Group’s long term growth strategy combining scale, technical expertise and a consistently high level of client service. Over the past decade, WBR has expanded significantly both organically and through carefully selected acquisitions, investing in people, systems and governance to help business owners create stability, flexibility and long-term control without slowing momentum.
